After moving to Lake Tahoe to raise his family in the beautiful mountains, Doug Sherman founded the company in 1972. Today, after building more than 200 homes, Doug’s sons, Casey and Brady, are proud to carry on the Sherman Homes tradition. Doug selected Tahoe as the place he would raise his family for many reasons; the majestic mountains, crystalline waters, and quiet atmosphere. Primarily, Doug selected Tahoe because of the experience it offers. Our hope is that you too will share in the memorable experiences Tahoe has to offer with your family and friends.
