New, custom, Timber Frame home merging old world craftsmanship with new world technologies.
A computerized multi-directional saw pre-cuts all of the timbers before they are shipped to the site. Upon arrival, the timbers are assembled using traditional, mortise and tenon joinery, and peg and dowel construction.
This method of construction has saved considerable time and labor expense. 2 week duration to build from the 1st floor to through the framed roof.
Additionally, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) and SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) systems were employed on this project.
